13. Chargeback Fees & Refunds, Prosperous Designs will not be held liable for any chargeback fees or disputes initiated by the customer's bank or payment provider. In the event of a chargeback, we will not be required to issue any refunds for the order, and all associated fees, penalties, or liabilities arising from such chargebacks will be the responsibility of the customer and or cardholder.

Payment Responsibility, It is the sole responsibility of the cardholder or payment account owner to ensure that the payment method used to place an order belong to them and is used with proper authorization. Any charges made by unauthorized individuals or without proper consent are the responsibility of the cardholder, not Prosperous Designs
